You agree to notify 555g immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 555g will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
555g will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 555g that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
Security Tip: We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 555g account. This adds an additional layer of protection by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered Philippine mobile number each time you log in from an unrecognized device.
555g accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer may vary. 555g does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. 555g reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. 555g reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
555g complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related PAGCOR directives. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Deposits must represent funds from legitimate sources. 555g reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending AML investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 555g are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 555g reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and suspend accounts in such cases.
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
All random number generator (RNG) -based games on the 555g platform use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the RNG and is not influenced by previous results, player identity, or bet size.
Live dealer games use physical cards, wheels, and dice operated by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. Results are determined by real-world physical outcomes and are streamed in real time. 555g does not manipulate live dealer game outcomes.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, 555g reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. 555g is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 555g reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 555g.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 555g shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
555g's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 555g account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 555g's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
555g collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

555g reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
Upon termination of your account for cause, 555g reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawable funds pending investigation. Any funds determined to be legitimately yours following investigation will be returned via your registered payment method.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 555g support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 555g support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 555g will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If you are dissatisfied with 555g's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
